Useful Resources

Welcome

This guide is designed to help customers with citing in-text references and creating a correct APA reference page. Most of the tips created here were taken from the APA Style Central database unless otherwise specified. You can access APA Style Central in the link to the left of the page. In addition to using APA Style Central, students may also find helpful instructions and tutorials listed on the Online Writing Center's website here: Link

Citation Help

The web offers various citation tools which assist students in citing sources in APA, MLA, and Turabian format. Take a look at some of the options below to see how citations are created and generated.

Note about Worldcat.org: This website is especially useful when citing books due to the citations' accuracy.

Disclosure: Though the above citation generators are generally effective, the Jerry Falwell Library staff advise all students to rely on the APA Manual first and then use the above tools as supplemental aids.
